1. I reject the spirit of fear!
2. My past experiences do not dictate who I am today!
3. I am loved!

Three Decrees to Dethrone Controlling Feelings and Thoughts

1. I am not controlled by my feelings!
2. I am learning to govern my thoughts!
3. I am the head and not the tail!

Three Prayers to Connect with God’s Provision

1. God, I thank You that You have given me Your power.
2. God, I thank You that You have given me Your love.
3. God, I thank You that You have given me Your self-control.

Three Truths to Confront the Lies That Say Otherwise

1. I have God’s power!
2. I have God’s love!
3. I have God’s self-control!

Fear Does Not Rule My Life

Fear does not come from God.
God gives me His power, His love and His self-control.
God is a generous giver.
I am learning to trust God’s generosity.
I am learning to receive God’s provision.
God has strategic relationships for me, and those relationships are changing the way I live my life.
I am learning to see things in a new way.
Fear does not rule my life.
